This year’s festival unfolds across three indoor stages and one large outdoor stage in Shunter’s garden. A journey through different moods and energies: from fast-forward techno in the Shunter main hall—once a place where trains were repaired before continuing their journey—to bass-heavy sounds in the garage. Upstairs, you’ll find a slowed-down, immersive gathering curated by Epiphany Records, while the garden transforms into a full-blown fiesta.

The first weekend showed what this building can be. Weekend002 picks up where that left off — and turns the heat up. Together with State OFFF and Soft Break we have cooked up three mad days of programme spanning gqom, afrorave, bass, electro, pum pum percussion and the exciting cross-overs in between. Prepare for a melting hot July in Rotterdam-Zuid. Doors open in the afternoon, the cooling garden is there when you need it, and the food is worth coming early for.

Our first program for Shunter is here! We’re opening the space with a three-day program that moves across live performance, club energy, and audiovisual work, exploring different intensities and ways of gathering. On Friday we start with a series of live shows that stretch from intimate and dreamy to raw and confrontational. Saturday builds into a two-room dance program, building momentum with movement and rhythm. Sunday lets the music breathe — dub textures oozing through the second room, pure DJ artistry holding down the main space.

Across the weekend, installations, screenings, and performances will run throughout the space, shaping a continuous environment rather than separate moments.
